If you receive a defective item, please contact us, with the details of the product and the defect.

We accept return reqests for product within 40 days of purchase and receipts must be provided. If 40 days or more have passed since your purchase, we do not offer any refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Once we have been contacted about a return, we will provide you the address to which you can return the purchased item. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will notify you via e-mail to confirm the refund.

All items sold at local Market Events or Craft Fairs are deemed to be sold in good condition. Returns will not be offered for items sold at such events.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges incurred to ship the item. Refunds will include the cost of the item only.
